Cancelling or changing a reservation

Cancellations and changes to reservations are to be made at least 24 hours before the reserv ation. A doctor’s certificate is to be provided in cases of sudden illnesses where a group wan ts to cancel on a shorter notice. In cases where groups have failed to cancel their game and f ail to show up for their reservation, a full price of the game will be charged.

Arriving on time

Groups are to arrive at least 15 minutes before the reservation. Games start on time and if g roups arrive late, their game time might be reduced accordingly. If groups are over 30 minut es late, they are counted as a no show and a full price of the game will be charged.

Game rules

The use of excessive force is forbidden in rooms. If a group damages the room by not followi ng these rules, they are liable to pay fully for all damages caused.

No phones are allowed in or during games without game masters’ explicit permission. No food or drinks are allowed in games without game masters’ explicit permission.
Breaking or ignoring these rules set by game masters might lead to the termination of a grou ps’ game, in which case a full price of the game will be charged.

Alcohol

Using alcohol in and during games is forbidden. Visibly intoxicated groups or individuals will not be allowed in rooms due to safety reasons. In cases where a game master denies a grou p or a part of the group an entrance in the room, a full price of the game will be charged.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined. Gift cards are counted as payment methods. These terms and conditions are applicable to orders at the time they are made. Käyttöehdot
Varauksen peruminen tai muuttaminen

Varaukseen tehtävät muutokset ja peruutukset tulee tehdä viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen peli n alkua. Äkillisissä sairastapauksissa pelin voi perua lyhyemmällä ajalla lääkärintodistusta vas taan. Perimme pelin hinnan kokonaisuudessaan tilanteissa, joissa peliä ei ole peruttu ja ryh mä on jättänyt saapumatta paikalle.

Paikalle saapuminen

Ryhmän tulee saapua paikalle viimeistään 15 minuuttia ennen pelin alkua. Peli alkaa ajallaan,

joten myöhästymistapauksissa ryhmällä on vähemmän peliaikaa huoneessa. Yli 30 minuutin myöhästymisissä katsotaan, että ryhmä on jättänyt saapumatta, jolloin peliin ei enää pääse j a perumatta jätetystä varauksesta peritään hinnaston mukainen maksu.

Pelisäännöt

Voiman käyttö ja kiipeily on ehdottomasti kielletty huoneissa. Jos ryhmä rikkoo näitä sääntöj ä ja vahingoittaa huoneita käytöksellään, on se vastuussa maksamaan rikkeistä koituvat vahi ngot kokonaisuudessaan.

Puhelimien peliin ottaminen ja käyttö huoneessa on ilman pelimestarin lupaa kielletty. Ruokien ja juomien vieminen huoneisiin on ilman pelimestarin lupaa kielletty.
Pelimestarin asettamien sääntöjen rikkominen tai noudattamatta jättäminen voi johtaa jopa pelin keskeyttämiseen. Tällöin pelistä peritään hinnaston mukainen maksu kokonaisuudessaa n.

Alkoholi

Alkoholin käyttö huoneissa on ehdottomasti kiellettyä. Selvästi päihtyneitä ryhmiä tai henkil öitä ei turvallisuussyistä päästetä pelaamaan, jolloin pelin hinta kuitenkin veloitetaan kokona isuudessaan.

Alennukset

Alennuksia ei voi yhdistää keskenään. Lahjakortit lasketaan maksuvälineeksi. Käyttöehtoja sovelletaan varaukseen niiden tekohetkellä.
